Creating a Voice Server

1. follow "Accessing" instructions on the CreateVoiceServerDialog.
2. follow the "Using the dialog" on the CreateVoiceServerDialog.
3. the VoiceServerDialog should now pop up with your voice server.
4. follow the "Accessing" instructions on the ManageVoiceServerDialog.
5. follow the "Settings" on the General Voice Panel entering your voice server info.
6. follow the "Settings" on the Users Panel entering your user's info.
7. follow the "Settings" on the [[Appearance Panel] configure how you want your voice server to look.
8. follow the "Settings" on the Files Panel entering all the files you want to share.
9. follow the "Settings" on the Tags Panel associating your voice server with different games.
